Hotel could really do with being upgraded as I has potential to become a 5* if breakfast is served,parking area cleaned up and the rooms freshening up with a lick of paint and upgraded beds bedding and furnishings. However don't let this put you off at all. It's a 3* Hotel in a good location with transport services which are reliable and frequent. The staff are absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much for them. Honestly big 👏 👏 👏 to you guys. You helped make our stay in London pleasant and memorable. All in all if your looking for a place to stay in NW London that's reasonably priced,friendly,clean and good location then Kingsland is a good choice 👍

Room was good and spacious, beds were good and in general good clean condition. No breakfast available at the hotel but they do provide you with a 20% discount voucher which you can use at the local Wetherspoons which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Parking was also available and used by us. The local tube station is a 5 minute walk form the hotel which makes it idea to pop down to Wembley Stadium or the tourist sites of London.

This is my fifth stay here and I must say I am never disappointed. From the cleaners to the receptionist, everyone was so kind, attentive and caring. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The location is also a plus point. You have everything you need right in front of the hotel. They have a parking which was very useful for me. Super safe with cctv cameras. Great service. I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely come back.

The hotel is a short walk from Kingsbury Tube Station which is great to explore London. 45 min tube ride takes you straight into London Bridge or one stop from Wembley Stadium. We stayed here since it was close to our coach trip pickup point. The hotel staff even allowed us to leave our car in there carpark over the weekend. Excellent service.

I love how terrible this place is! Very pricey. Very old and dirty. Stains in places there shouldn't be stains. Furniture that's falling apart and for some reason very sticky!? The bathroom was tiny. Dirty shower and black mould on the ceiling! Had the best craic with my fiance and my friend in this place laughing so much at how bad it is! Also, close to Wembley stadium which is great too👍

Hotel is very welcoming . Staff are polite and helpful. Only down side is showers /bathroom need a upgrading a bit and the bedside tables have seen better days . A breakfast would be nice but 20% is given off the wetherspoons breakfast across the road . Location is great for what we need, have stayed a couple of times before and will be back .
